Work will never die
Work will always exist due to the first law of the world: everything changes. Change alters the world, and sometimes problems arise.
Work holds meaning in two directions: solving problems or implementing a vision.
Currently, we inhabit a stagnant civilization. Technological progress continues, yet our way of life remains unchanged. This is because our common education system molds us into unquestioning workers. If this pattern persists, modern corporations, akin to monarchies, will exploit this flaw, leading to widespread dissatisfaction and confusion.
To break free from this cycle and restore meaning to work, we need to implement a vision that transforms our society from one of unquestioning workers to one of problem solvers.
Thus, we would not only work less but also
work with meaning.
